This week, we wanted to give you a “behind the scenes” look at our membership and on-boarding process. Here’s what happens when someone decides to become a SCAOR member. 01 – The future SCAOR member completes their real estate pre-licensing classes (not offered at SCAOR), and passes their exam. 02 – The agent then selects a broker to become affiliated with. 03 – The agent goes to SCAOR.com’s membership page, and downloads the membership packet that corresponds with their membership type (Primary, Secondary, or MLS Only). 04 – The agent would then fill out & send in all paperwork and membership payment. (You may email paperwork to firstname.lastname@example.org, fax it to us at 302-855-2319, or physically bring it in. 05 – The agent would wait 3-5 Business days for processing at SCAOR. 06 – After receiving a “welcome” email, the member would then come in to retrieve their SentriLock Card (if applicable) and attend the appropriate New Member Orientation (if applicable).
