Affordable Housing Resources
Sussex County Association of REALTORS® supports a safe, stable environment to help the working class pursue home ownership that market forces alone do not provide. Affordable housing can be defined as housing costs for the middle (working) class whose total household income does not exceed 80% of the Census Bureau’s Median income for that township.
