Sussex Realtors in Opposition to Flawed Rehoboth Beach Zoning Ordinance
On Friday, July 17th, there will be a vote at City Hall in Rehoboth Beach to approve a proposed zoning ordinance. This new ordinance produces unintended consequences like mini-parking lots, box houses and fewer trees. This impacts new construction and renovations to existing properties.
How can I help?
1) Now’s the time to get involved and make your voice heard! Email and phone the city commissioners letting them know of your opposition to the purposed ordinance. (Email addresses below)
2) Join us on Friday night at 6 PM at city hall wearing RED shirts. Free parking available at Mann & Sons, Berkshire Hathaway, and Re/Max or and side street after 5 PM.
