Take The Lead with SCAOR’s Summer 2026 Broker Course

Licensed Delaware REALTORS® with five or more years of professional experience are invited to take our comprehensive 99-hour Broker Course, approved by the Delaware Real Estate Commission. This summer, sharpen your skills and create new opportunities! Classes are offered conveniently via Zoom on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings from 6 to 9 PM and on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Orientation will be on Monday, July 13, 6 - 9 PM, providing a comprehensive overview of the course structure and expectations. The final exam will take place on Wednesday, September 9, 6 - 9 PM, marking the culmination of your learning. The course cost covers all materials, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed.
