Fall into Your Next Chapter with SCAOR’s Autumn 2025 Broker Course

Licensed Delaware REALTORS® with five or more years of professional experience are invited to take our comprehensive 99-hour Broker Course, approved by the Delaware Real Estate Commission. This autumn, sharpen your skills and harvest new opportunities—classes are offered conveniently via Zoom on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings from 6 to 9 PM and on Tuesday morning from 9 AM to 12 noon.

Orientation will be on Monday, September 22nd, 6—9 PM, providing a comprehensive overview of the course structure and expectations. The final exam will take place on Wednesday, November 19th, 6 —9 PM, marking the culmination of your learning. The cost of the course covers all materials, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed.
