Lockbox Exchange Week is Underway!

Sentrilock Staff providing agent training on all the exciting features of the SentriSmart app.  Look for a video of this training arriving in your inbox soon!

This week 

The SentriSmart App (Click here for iOS Store | Click here for Google Play Store) will be the required method for accessing the new lockboxes.  You can find text instructions on the app here, and a video tutorial for the app here.

This Week’s Exchange Schedule:

If your broker hasn’t already scheduled a time with SCAOR, we may accept additional lockbox pickups Tuesday – Friday.  If you’re a broker and haven’t yet scheduled your new box pickup or old box return to SCAOR, PLEASE call us to get on the pickup / delivery list ASAP.  The current tentative pickup / delivery schedule is as follows:

• Tuesday

1. Sentrilock will be at SCAOR programming lockboxes in the morning.
2. Always Moving delivery truck will make deliveries in Rehoboth Beach & Lewes.
3. Broker pick ups available at SCAOR throughout the day.

• Wednesday

1. Broker pick ups available at SCAOR throughout the day
2. Always Moving delivery truck leaves for Bethany Beach & Seaford

• Thursday – Friday

1. Broker pick ups available at SCAOR throughout the day
2. Multiple trucks will be picking up lockboxes throughout the day.

• Also:

1. We recommend attending a training, having your office pick up new lockboxes, then swapping out your old ones.
2. Make sure you have your office card – if you don’t have one, it will be given to you.
3. SCAOR will be picking up old lockboxes on the following Friday (8/4) as well – stay tuned for the schedule.
4. For security reasons, the card and SentriSmart app won’t be able to be used at the same time.  Using the card will disable your app usage until the card expires, and vice versa.
