Christmas Eve – December 24, 2017: Customer Service Call Center is CLOSED Christmas Day – December 25, 2017: Customer Service Call Center is CLOSED New Year’s Eve – December 31, 2017: Customer Service Call Center is open 8AM – 8PM EST New Year’s Day – January 1, 2018: Customer Service Call Center is CLOSED
SentriLock Minimum Password Requirements:
Effective 1/1/2018, SentriLock will be establishing minimum password requirements.
The number one method hackers use to gain access to someone else’s online account is to attack less secure passwords. SentriLock is making our system even more secure by requiring more robust passwords.
As of 1/1/2018, SentriLock will require a minimum password standard of six (6) characters, with one (1) upper case letter, one (1) lower case letter, and one (1) numeric value.
Customers will be able to update their passwords to the new requirements in the SentriSmart™ App or the SentriLock Lockbox web site. Thank you for your cooperation as we implement these changes.
