Q: How do I become a member of SCAOR?

A:
You must first have been approved for licensure by the Delaware Real Estate Commission. Once you have received your license in the mail, you will need to fill out the SCAOR Membership Application, and the MLS Application. If you will be a licensed assistant and will not be selling, or you will be a rental agent and will not be selling, you MUST fill out the MLS Waiver form. This exempts you from joining the MLS and/or paying the quarterly MLS fees.

A:
No. You must have a Delaware license to join the Sussex County Association of REALTORŪ MLS system. In order to join the MLS, your broker must be licensed and every Delaware Licensee must join the MLS as well. If you meet these requirements, you will need to fill out the Office Application (if you are joining as a new office) and the MLS Application form.
