Why Become an Affiliate?
Dear New Affiliate:
The Sussex County Association of REALTORS® is a non-profit trade association serving licensed Real Estate Professionals in Sussex County and surrounding areas. We currently have over 1,047 members that do business with your customers on a daily basis.
Our Association has a membership category for companies that interact and do business with our members. In today’s competitive market, every resource to increase profits must be utilized. If you are not already targeting our members with your products and services they require as part of their profession, imagine the increased exposure to your buying public if you did.
We have a separate Affiliate membership category and an Affiliate Committee that meets to offer services and programs to our membership. The annual Affiliate membership dues help to support services the association provides for our REALTOR® members. We view our affiliate members as partners and are constantly looking for opportunities to bring both members together to benefit their business. We include our affiliate members at all events sponsored by the association to help you gain networking opportunities with our members. We supply our affiliates with the mailing list of all REALTORS® members to maximize networking and education opportunities. We will also be holding our first large “Meet & Greet” in March with the ability of all affiliate members to have a table to display all products and services you can provide the REALTORS® and their clients. We email our affiliate members our weekly “At a Glance” newsletter to keep you informed about association activities.
